She was predeceased by : her husband Garry Westerfield of Ruby Street; her parents, Robert Soper, Jr. and Opal Cowden; and her sisters, Sheila Cowden and Phyllis Cowden.

She is survived by : her children, Zachery Duane Westerfield (Morgan) of London and Stephanie Lynn Helton of Corbin, Kentucky.; and her sister Sharon Crawford of Corbin, Kentucky..

In lieu of flowers the family has respectfully requested that memorial donations be made to the Dorthae Pentecostal Church, 2381 N. Hwy 1223, Corbin, Kentucky 40701.
