He is survived by: his wife Carlee Gregory of Corbin; his son Kevin Gregory (Heather); his grandchildren, Matthew Deaton of Indiana, Briana Hughett of Corbin, Tyler Gregory of Lexington, Promise Gregory of Corbin and Khloe Gregory of Corbin Ky; and his siblings, James Gregory (Jan) of Corbin, Ruth Claxton of Florida, Shirley Allen (Jerry) of Annville, Pat Cooper (Fate) of Oneida, Brenda Mizelle (John) of Montana and Linda Mills (Tom) of Corbin. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
