He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leon Reeves and Ornonia Saylor Reeves; his wife Martha "Susie" Reeves; and his brother David Lee Reeves. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Reeves, Jeremy Mitchell and Larry Mitchell; his siblings, Patricia Scarborough, Joe Reeves and Tony Reeves; and his close friend Katherine Angel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
