She was predeceased by: her parent Dewey Cox; her husband Arville Lee Lowe; and her siblings, Willie Cox, Aileen Ledford and Pauleen Hatfield.
She is survived by: her parent Lula Cox; her children, John Roy Lowe of Corbin, Colleen Lowe of Corbin, Joann Lowe of Corbin, Darrell Lowe of Corbin and Willie Lowe of Corbin; and her siblings, Brasco Cox (Louise) of Keavy, Roy Cox (Arleen) of Keavy, Troy Cox of Corbin, Irene Noe of Somerset and Jeri Cox of Middlesboro. She is also survived by 28 Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; and by a host of loving family and friends.
