She is survived by: her fiancé Herbert Lee Wells of Corbin, Kentucky; her children, Melissa Rose (Jason) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Crystal Hamilton (Brian) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Cody Wells (Danielle) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Mekayla Sumner (Ryan), Austin Mitchell, Brayden Mitchell, Taylar Rose, Cloe Rose, Levi and Cassandra Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Beau, Easton, Kinsley, Kason Sumner, Kohen, Emmy and Sawyer Crabtree.
