He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of Corbin; his children, Charla Carol of Williamsburg, Judith, Rene, James and Kevin Culpepper of Virginia; his brothers, Michael (Teresa) of Arkansas and David Timothy (Cindy) of Louisville; and his brothers-in-law, Lewis, Dude, Davis (Ellen) and Lonnie Davis of Williamsburg. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews.
