He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Massengale and Gertrude Massengale; his wife Barbara Massengale; and his siblings, Rodney, Louise, Wilma Jean and Don.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Humfleet (Jerry) and Sandi Massengale Baker (Grant); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Napier (Dusty Baker), Heather Napier, Rebecca Caddell (Joey), Joshua Humfleet (Paula) and Jay Humfleet; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Sophia, Laura Jane, Devlin, Quinn, Vivian, Chloe, Tucker and Colton; his siblings, Lummy Massengale, Jeff Massengale (Velma), Diane Bostick (Roger) and Brenda Kadlec; and his close friend Judith Trudelle. He is also survived by several other relatives and numerous friends.
