He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rollins and Blanche Broyles Rollins; his wife Geneva Dailey Rollins; and his brothers, Eugene R. and Kenneth Rollins.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Rollins (Julia) and Melissa Smith (Lloyd); his grandsons, Jason Rollins, Joseph Rollins and Matthew Smith; and his sister Sue Smith (Ezra) of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
