With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie Edward Chaffin of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Grant Chaffin and Virginia Herren Chaffin; and his sisters, Sharon Adams and Diana Bouharb. He is survived by: his children, James Douglas Chaffin of Corbin, KY, Dale Chaffin (Tina) of Corbin, KY and Dawn Michelle Tirey (Brad) of Corbin, KY; and his sister Jana Greene. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home will be following the guidelines the Governor's Office has set for COVID-19, for attendance (of 50% building capacity), Social Distancing, and proper Face Coverings to be worn at these services.
