She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Hamilton, Donna Dials, Jim Dials and Maynard Dials; and her children, Nita Wombles (John) of Lakeland, Ira Osborne, Jr. of Corbin and Tawana Cato of Corbin, Kentucky. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
