He is survived by: his children, Deborah Rutherford (Hiram) of Corbin, KY, Doyle Carr, Jr. of Corbin, KY and Barbara Tye (Shannon) of Corbin, KY; his grandchildren, Devin Rutherford, Austin Jones, Dana Shupe, Aaliyah Tye, Dylan Rutherford, Kameron Tye, Dalston Rutherford and Zuri Peace; and his siblings, Faye Logan (Jimmy) of Rockholds, KY, Harold Carr of Rockholds, KY, Charles Carr of Corbin, KY and Donnie Carr (Frances) of Rockholds, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
