He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Caudell and Mary Caudell; his wife Arneda Caudell; and his siblings, Bill Caudell, Wayne Caudell, Willard Caudell and Josephine Fox.
He is survived by: his son Ralph Murphy (Melissa) of London, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Becky Woodall, Rachel Huff, Leslie Paul, Jason Conlin (Missy) and Amiee Bush (Paul); and his sister Shirley Combs. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
