Fugate (Corbin, Kentucky), born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Fugate and Florabelle Fugate; his wife Clarissa Fugate; his son Eddie Fugate; and his siblings, Samuel, Everett, Estill, Ellis Fugate, Atta William, Clyda Ritchie, Ruby Tucker, Vesta Morgan, Gladys Coats, Sarah Fugate, Omega Fugate and Effie Fugate.
He is survived by: his nephew Louie Fugate; and his sister Jewell Evans.
