He is survived by: his wife Angela Baxter; his daughters, Chrisila Pettey (Bruce) and Celia Higginbotham (Brooks); his grandchildren, Alora Hibbitts (Josiah), David Pettey, Suzie Moncivaez (Austin), Joshua Higginbotham, Stephen Higginbotham (Falicity), Celia Elizabeth Higginbotham and Arthur Higginbotham; his great grandchild Wyatt Hibbitts; and his siblings, Norma Sizemore, Betty Gill, Kenneth Baxter and Jim Baxter.
