He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Collins and Polly Ann Owens; his siblings, Dora Collins, Lucy Lawson, Ollie Barton, Jimmy Collins and Richard Collins; and his grandson Devin Folgman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Partin Collins; his siblings, Raymond Collins (Dorothy), Leonard Collins (Patricia), Charles Collins (Peggy) and Nancy Mae Williams; his sisters-in-law, Glenda (Woody Swafford), Enola Partin and Meschelle (Bob Sheeley); and his children, David Collins, Shirley Lockaby, James Collins, Wayne Collins, Linda Sue Collins and Jackie Collins (Brenda). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
