She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Burchett and Myrtle Burchett (John Payne); her son Tommy Alan Payne; her siblings, Ray Burchett and Lois Rainey; and her grandchild Ryan Risley.
She is survived by: her children, Lillie Eudeana Jackson (Taulman) of Corbin, KY, John Timothy Payne (Billie) of London, KY, Lori Ann Herbert (Mark) of Corbin, KY and Edward Ray Payne of Gray, KY; her grandchildren, Christy Johnson, Rhonda Jones, Traci Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Tilmon Jackson, Preston Payne, Loni Rotondi, Rex Karr, Rebecca Williams, Candace Moses, John Mark Herbert, Amy Orr, Alex Payne, Kimberly Johnson and Donnie Barton; and her sisters, Mary Lewis of Grayson, Linda Evans of Mansfield and Phyllis Frazier (Joe) of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
