He is survived by: his children, Regina Slusher (Fred) and Joseph Zacchaeus Marcum; his grandchildren, Fred William Slusher II and Tessa Marcum; and his siblings, Gail England (Randolph), Tom Ed Marcum (Hattie), Audrey Lou Marcum, Maynard Lee Marcum (Vivian), Laura May Evans, Brenda Sue Marcum and John Marcum (Sheryl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
