She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Wayne Bailey; her parents, Charles Dennis Adkins I and Lena Rose Felts Adkins; and her brother Donnie Ray Adkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Bailey Bledsoe (Steve) of Corbin and Angela Bailey Lawson (Philip) of East Bernstadt; her grandchildren, Kaylin Bledsoe Batt (Elijah), Kamden Bledsoe and Samuel Lawson; and her siblings, Karen Collins (Dennis) of Corbin and Charles Dennis Adkins II (Mildred) of Casper, Wyoming. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
