She was predeceased by : her parents, Silas Grubb and Flora Mills Grubb; her daughter Tonya Marie Perkins; and her siblings, Mary Lou Grubb, Virgil and Wayne Grubb.

She is survived by : her husband Franklin D. Perkins of Corbin; her daughter Angela Hannah (David) of Corbin; and her grandchildren, Malachi and Rachel Jackson.
