He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Masters and Ruth McVay Masters; and his parents-in-law, Edwin and Betty Smith. He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith Masters; his sister Edna Wilson of Corbin; his brother-in-law David E. Smith (Lorry) of Nicholasville; his nieces and nephews, Adam Bryant of Corbin, Andy Smith (Brittany Hall) of Lexington, Max Smith (Hillary) of Lexington, April Chadwell of Corbin and Emily Smith of Washington; and his aunt Karen Carroll (Troy) of Corbin.
