He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Parham and Martha Ann Stout Coffey; his stepfather Henry Oliver Coffey; his brothers, Charles David Parham and Henry Guy Coffey; and his niece Stephanie Gaye Coffey.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Parham; his brother Oliver Coffey (Jody); and his sibling's children, Rodney Guy Coffey, Robert Henry Coffey and Jennifer Ruth Coffey.
