She is survived by: her sons, Paul Edward Smith (Wanda) of Lily, KY, William Dillard Smtih of Laurel, KY, Joseph Wade Smith of Corbin, KY and Jimmy Lawson (Lynn); her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Black (Nathan) and Jessica Sue Smith (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Zachary, Serenity, Audrey-Faye, Lucas, Wesley, Viola and Aubrey. She is also survived by her family, friends.
