He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Garlan Gilliam, Sr. and Mary Begley Gilliam; and his sister Angela Gilliam Clarkson. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Marlin Clarkson of Waynesburg. He is also survived by three nieces.
