She is survived by: her children, Cathy Mayfield and Joseph Moore; her grandchildren, Skyler Petrey, Hunter Wilson, Brianna, Taylor Brooke, Joseph, Jeremiah and Abbygail Moore; her great grandchildren, Noah Petrey and Jackson Caudill; and her brothers, James L. and Tom Hatfield.
