She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rose and Eula Rose Bolton. She is survived by: her son Josh Helton of Corbin, KY; her brother Bruce Rose (Jeanie) of Corbin, KY; and her nephews, Nathan Rose (Laura) of Corbin, KY and Justin Rose (Nathalia) of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by two great-nephews and two great-nieces; and several cousins.
