He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua T. Crabtree and Lotus Oliver Crabtree; his son Josh R. Crabtree; and his brothers, George, Leonard, Josh and Billy Crabtree.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Chandler Crabtree; his daughter Kathy Campbell; and his grandchildren, Jack Douglas Champlin, Josh Edward Champlin, Stephanie Helen Champlin, Chelsea Elizabeth Harvey, Joshua David Steven Crabtree and Jacklyn RaeAnn Crabtree. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
