She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sarah, Walter Colter, Elizabeth Jackson and L. C. Byrd. She is survived by: her parents, Mack Colter and Cheryl Colter; her siblings, Bryan Colter and Sarah Colter; and her children, Jacklyn Mya Skeen (Liz), James Logan Skeen, Justin Samuel Skeen (Rex), Jonah Skeen (Sebastain) and Julianne Mae Skeen. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Corbin Baptist Church (200 Walden Ave, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
