He is survived by: his brother Benji; his aunts, Sonia Garner and Jane Epps; his siblings, Robert, Richard, Benjamin and April Burke; and his niece Katie Collier (Rhonda Hewitt).

The family asks that donations be made in his name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
