He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harkey and Betty. He is survived by: his children, James Theodore Harkey (Heather), Vincent Harkey, Casey Kidd (Tyler), Trischa Kennedy and Katie Shay. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
