He is survived by: his wife Anna Worley; his children, James Patrick (Leslie Anne Worley) and Tina Marie (Lonnie McCoy); his grandchildren, Abbey Worley of Burgin, Kentucky, Dylon (Christa Worley), Jake (Hayley Worley) and Mason McCoy of Lexington, Kentucky; his great grandchild Leo Worley of Burgin, Kentucky; and his sisters, Vicki (Richard Vanzant) and Micki Worley (Charlie Simpson).
