He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Revoir and Joan Revoir. He is survived by: his children, John Phillip Hays (Shuzhen) of Atlanta, Scott Frazier of Detroit, Billy Frazier of Detroit and Amy Frazier of Middletown, Ohio.; his grandsons, Ethan Hays of Atlanta, Georgia. and Evan Hays of Atlanta, Georgia.; his sister Patricia Thomas of Southgate, Michigan.; and his friend Anglican Church.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request memorial contributions be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, 420 Roy Kidd Ave., Corbin, Kentucky 40701.
