He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Skinner; his children, Jeffery Tuck Skinner (Glenna) of London and Ruth Ann Skinner; his grandchildren, Jeff Skinner (Janis) of Knoxville, Gary Baker (Lindsay) of Corbin, Dana Davis (Chuck) of Williamsburg, Jamie Gillispie (John) of Lexington, Jennifer Ragland of Corbin, Kelli Robinson of Corbin, Ashley Ragland of Corbin and John Skinner of Corbin; his brother George Skinner of Corydon; and his sons-in-law, Steve Baker and Tony Ragland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
