She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hammons and Elizabeth Hubbard Hammons; her son Mark West; and her siblings, Max, Ted, Delano, Joan Hammons, Jane Thomas, June Lane, Jean Hedish, Irene Goodman and Carlene Kiser.
She is survived by: her husband Glen West; her children, Shan Burns (James) of Manchester and Brent West of Corbin; her sister Patricia Hammons; her grandchildren, Marc Ian West (Mary Lydia), Sean Karl West (Kristen), Kyle West (Chelsea), Carli Rae West and Alli Fisher; her great grandchildren, Tate, Tripp, Raylon and Gentry West; and her brother-in-law Gerald West (Dolly).
