She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lewis (Suzanne) of Cincinnati, OH, Mike Lewis (Jill) of Williamsburg, Jeff Lewis of Corbin and Sean Lewis of Corbin; her grandchildren, Leah Lewis, Lacey Lewis, Dixie Zimmerman (Jake), Lexy Lewis, Megan Jones (Chilton), Molly Kinsey (Branson), Parker Hoover and Tristan Lewis; her great grandchildren, Kendall Lewis, Pierce Lewis, Katherine Jones, Marcus Jones, Theo Kinsey, Hayes Kinsey, Lewis Kinsey and Valkyrie Zimmerman; and her siblings, Betty Cunningham of West Chester, OH and Shelby Lewis (Diane) of New Carlisle, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
