He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Cummins and Ina Meadows Cummins; his siblings, Alfred Cummins (Vivian) and Doris Brown (Lonnie); and his nephew Mark Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Mildred "Midge" Cromer Cummins; his sons, Randy Cummins (Brenda) of Corbin, Rick Cummins of Corbin and Doug Cummins (Cathy) of Corbin; and his grandchildren, Erica Ooten (Adam), Amy McEndree (Caleb), Jade Martin, Chad Cummins (Tiffany), MacKenzie Meadors, Holly Marcum (Lee), Kelsey Cummins (Amanda), Brianna Cummins, Jake Fuller and Eli Fuller. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
The family requests donations to Calvary Baptist Church of Corbin.
