It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Hamilton Cobb of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan Hamilton is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joan Hamilton's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Claude and Irene Hamilton (Roberts); her husband Ken; and her siblings, Charles Claude Hamilton, Jr., Roberts Hamilton, Jean Lambert, Ramona Shaw and Peggy Dill.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Dan Dill; and her friend Corbin. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Grace on the Hill building fund.
