He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Carter and Thelma "Faulkner" Carter; and his brother Josh Ronald Carter. He is also survived by his family, friends, church family, co-workers.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
