He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hensley; his son Johnathan Arthur Gambrel (Shawnna) of Corbin; his siblings, Jack Gambrel (June) of Rising Sun, Eddie Gambrel of Rising Sun, Wilma Patterson (Michael) of Barbourville, Eunice Detwiler (Joe) of Maineville, Phyllis Gambrel of Maineville, Linda Kay Martin of Cannon and Lisa Creasy (Sam) of Cannon; his father-in-law Rev. Columbus Hensley of Corbin; and his friends, David Townsley, Vincent Patterson, Jack Gambrel, Jeff Gambrel and Sam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
