With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ruth Collins of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Rockholds, Kentucky, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Pfoff (Terrell) and Robert Cecil Brown; her husband Donald Hal Collins; and her siblings, Carol Rose (Smith), Cleta Mae Smith, James Smith (Jimmy) and Bobby Joe Smith.

She is survived by: her son Donald Andrew Collins (Andy) of Corbin, KY; and her siblings, Paul Brown of Corbin, KY and Jewell Farmer (Pfoff) of Corbin, KY. She is also survived by mother, a selfless and generous caregiver to her family and friends.
