He was predeceased by: his former wife Eleanor J. Raleigh; and his parents, Sylvan Spartman and Viola Spartman. He is survived by: his children, Brian Raleigh (Melissa) of Franklin and Theresa Ceesay of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Christina Behaine of Louisville and Farah Rayburn of New Braunfels, Texas.. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters and six great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
