He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Ruby Howard Miller; and his siblings, Douglas "Bud" Miller, Eugene Miller, Shirley Wooley and Betty Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Miller; his children, Monica Miller of Lexington, Kenneth Miller of Savannah and Anthony Miller (Kaylan) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Isabella Miller of Corbin, Maci Miller of Corbin and Ellie Jane Miller of Corbin; and his brother Jim Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
