He is survived by: his wife Melissa Chumbley of Corbin, KY; his daughter Summer Hamblin (Robert) of Keavy, KY; his stepdaughter Tiffany Routien Bentley of Lexington, KY; his grandson Noah Hamblin of Keavy, KY; his stepgrandson Jacob Mullins of Winchester, KY; and his siblings, Lisa Chumbley of Lexington, KY and James Chumbley of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
