He is survived by: his significant other Betty Maiden; his daughter Sherry Goins-Speiker; his grandchildren, Stacy Liebat (Jeremy), Amanda Hutchison (Nathian), James Dale Fullerton Jr. (Jessica), Raymond Speiker, Adam Speiker, Shawn Speiker and Douglas Speaker; his great grandchildren, Evelynn Goins-Fullerton, Joseph Liebat, Joselynn Liebat, Aiden Hutchison, Cameron Fullerton, Ally Fullerton, Annalexia Speiker, Shawn Speiker Jr., Xavier Speiker, Desirae Speiker, Austen Speiker, Allison Speiker, Madison Speiker, Anthony Mason, Andrew Mason and Andrea Meadows; his siblings, Betty McDermontt, Melvia Goins (Roger), Sunda Sidwell (Allen), Patricia Wilson (Jimmy), Georgia Rickett (James), Tina Tye (Terry), Gary Goins (Sharon), Chester Goins, David Goins and Johnny Goins; and his siblings-in-law, Paniecea Newman, Kevin Godsey, Tracy Godsey and Rex Shell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extend family and friends.
