She was predeceased by: her husband Turner Howard; her daughter Robin; her son-in-law Bill Penn; her parents, Roy Muncy and Vesta Muncy (Minor); and her siblings, John "Bud" Muncy and Zelma Bledsoe.
She is survived by: her grandson Thomas Vanover (Angie); her great grandchildren, Brady Creech (Anna) and Lexi Vanover; her great great grandchild Lydia Creech; and her sisters, Reba Klippinger, Jeanette Johnson (Cliff) and Paulette McAllister (Al). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund, 1045 N Hwy. 1224, Corbin, KY 40701.
