He is survived by: his parents, Robert Edward Hoffman and Laura Ruth Miller Hoffman of Corbin; his daughters, Annaka Rudd (Ryan) of Lexington and Chauncey Sester (Phillip) of London; his grandchildren, Kendel Ford Sester, Mallory Krislynn Sester and Palmer Johanna Rudd; and the mother of his children Andrea Casteel.
