With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Esther Lowe of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Lily, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2022 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Naomi Esther Lowe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Champlin and Helen Champlin; and her siblings, John L. Champlin, Jr., Vaddie Smith, Beatrice Raleigh, Alvin Champlin and Oba Champlin.
She is survived by: her husband Laymon E. Lowe; her sons, David Lowe (Theresa), Tim Lowe (Lana), Joel Lowe (Taruah) and Steven Lowe (Kelly); her grandchildren, Daniel Lowe (Lindsay), Aaron Lowe (Elizabeth), Jenay Hayes (Shawn), Joseph Lowe (Sarah), John Lowe, Michelle Snell (Josh), Kenton Lowe and Brayden Lowe; and her siblings, Omega Sue Berk (Del), Clyde Champlin (Bobbie) and Eva Mitchell. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, other relatives and numerous friends.
Because of her great love for music, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the music ministry of Central Baptist Church in honor of Naomi. Donations may be sent as a memorial to Central Baptist Church, 201 W. 4th Street Corbin, KY 40701.
