She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Leland Lockaby, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Geri Leigh Amburgey, Jennifer Freeman (Brent) and Arthur Lockaby II (Shanda); and her grandchildren, Chris Amburgey (Terri), Stacie McCauley (Casey), Derek Amburgey, Ryan Amburgey (Sarena), Lance Freeman (Kara), Morgan Cook (Stephen), Nikki Whitmer (Bobby), Jordan Lockaby (Courtney) and Lauren Lockaby. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and a host of dear family and friends.
