She is survived by: her son David Stivers (Lynn) of Corbin; her grandson Jonathan; her daughter Debra Phillips (Grant) of London; her brothers, Ancil Vicars (Shirl) and Cecil Vicars (Judy); her stepsons, Roy Stivers and Jimmy Stivers; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Phillips (Kim) and Raina May (Tracy); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Weston, Trevor May, Griffin and Taylor Phillips; and her niece Carol Logan.
