She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis David Dugger and Ruby Fuson Dugger. She is survived by: her son Jervis David Payne (JD); her grandchildren, Hannah, Rachel and Joel Payne; and her siblings, Brenda Gregory (Michael) and David Lewis Dugger Jr. (Sharon). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be given to Lynn Camp Baptist Church or to the Calvary Cemetery Fund for upkeep.
