She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Poynter and Stella Poynter; her sister Madeline Mowdy; her nephew Alan W. Dobbs; and her great-nephew Kurtis Carrico.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti Hash (Kevin) of Louisville; her former husband William H. Parkey of New Albany, Indiana; her niece Susan Carrico (Larry) of PeWee Valley; her nephew Edward Dobbs of Lexington; her pet Millie; and her friends, Charlie, Lucy, Tracy, Shari, Buckie and Paula. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
